Notice of System Maintenance - 16/11/2022 between 7:30am-8:00am
Hello,
Please be aware that we will be carrying out
maintenance to the ramis system on Wednesday 16th November between
7:30am-8:00am, the update should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete.
During this time the system will be unavailable, and we kindly ask that those
using the auditor-live app do not sync the app between these times.
The update will include:
- removal of redundant Document Review Report from the Reports
Dashboard
- a fix for a bug affecting the scheduling of custom
reports
- a fix to prevent custom reports duplicating in the Reporting
Dashboard
- a fix for a bug preventing classic RAMIS documents
from appearing via the Classic RAMIS Documents link
- a fix for a bug affecting custom performance report
exports
- a fix for a bug affecting the Area Restrictions
warning
- speed improvements when navigating a location,
specifically Area Restrictions
IMPORTANT: The above updates require you to do a hard refresh
on your first login after the update, to do this, select your name in the top
right-hand corner of the system and choose the Hard Refresh option or press
Ctrl + F5.
