Please be aware that we will be carrying out maintenance to the ramis system in the evening of Sunday 4th June, the update should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete. During this time the system will be unavailable, and we kindly ask that those using the auditor-live app do not sync the app between these times.

The update will include:

Feature Development: 

• Change of page layout in Auditor Live module. Public Templates page will now be shown in a table view for easier navigation and functionality

• Addition of comments column to task completions tab table

• Improvements to workings of system tags to increase page load times

• Addition of core location fields (Square Meterage/ No. Of Floors/ Premises Use) to standard reports, custom reports and mass uploader

Bug fix’s: 

• Fix for clone function of asbestos assessments

• Fix for error in ACM monitoring result pdf

• Fix for intermittent excel report formula glitch

• Fix for duplication properties showing in some reports due to custom data 

• Fix to resolve issue of error message something when running an action plan search

IMPORTANT: The above updates require you to do a hard refresh on your first login after the update, to do this, select your name in the top right-hand corner of the system and choose the Hard Refresh option or press Ctrl + F5.
